Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 has been confirmed for January 2022! The anime series that began in 2013 is coming to an end after an utterly stunning run, becoming one of the most popular anime in the past decade. Produced by MAPPA Studios, also known for Jujutsu Kaisen and the upcoming Chainsaw Man anime adaptation, the anime will be covering the final arc of the manga and leading to the final conclusion of the series.
Attack on Titan began as Hajime Isayama’s series that was serialized in Kodansha’s Besstasu Shonen Magazine from 2009 to 2021. After an exceptional 12-year-run, the manga ended in April 2021. There are currently 34 tankonbon volumes of the same with over 100 million copies in circulation!

Fans were aware of the Winter 2022 return of the anime for its final run. While we don’t have an exact date yet, January 2022 is currently confirmed. At the end of Season 4 Part 1, there were a total of 75 episodes for the series. Attack on Titan Season 4 Part 2 will begin with Episode 76 titled ‘Judgement’. The anime will be airing on NHK General and is yet to be given a time slot. Soon after the end of Part 1, a teaser for the final cour was released.

Part 1 ended with the Marleyan invasion with Reiner and Colt arriving as Gabi and Pieck place Eren in the perfect spot for an ambush. Eren transforms into a titan and dares Reiner to come down and fight him. The final battle in Paradise Island is about to begin. The threat of the Rumbling still remains as the Marleyans, Jaegerists and the Survey Corps move towards a concluding battle. Meanwhile, Zeke remains with Levi in the Forests. But is that it?
