This year’s isekai list has only started building up! My Isekai Life is set to release in July 2022 and we’re gearing up for it! The complete title of the series is My Isekai Life: I Gained A Second Character Class and Became The Strongest Sage In the World. The light novel series of the same name is written by Shinkoshoto and was serialized on the online publishing site Shosetsuka Ni Naro.
The light novel series began in 2018 and currently has a total of 10 volumes. A manga adaptation of the series has also been published in the online magazine Manga UP! which is owned by Square Enix. The latter has also licensed the series for its distribution in North America.
The series has already been added to My Anime List!

What is My Isekai Life About?
Yuji Sano is a person who is constantly working whether he is at work or at him. On a certain day, he receives a strange message summoning him to a different world! As one would, Yuji believed it was some kind of an error and chose to reboot his home computer. Little did he know that it accidentally made him accept the message which transported him to a different world!
As he wakes up in a fantasy world, he believes that it’s just a strange dream and he really needs to wake up so that he can tend to the huge amount of paperwork that is waiting for him at his house. In this new world, Yuji realizes that he cannot really return and chooses to explore the places around him. With his Monster Tamer class ability, Yuji is able to befriend slimes who help him gain enough power to gain another character class!
Now possibly the strongest sage in this world, Yuji is still stuck thinking about all the work that must have piled up back home and how he really needs to get to it.
The opening theme ‘Mujikaku no Tensei’ is performed by Non Stop Rabbit and the Ending theme ‘Gohan da yo! Dadadadan!!’ is performed by Surachanzu. Posters trailers and key visuals for the anime have already been released along with the character designs!
When Is My Isekai Life Anime Release Date?
My Isekai Life will be a part of the Summer 2022 anime calendar and will be released in July. The specific date of release has not been mentioned yet but will be announced in the upcoming months. The number of episodes in the coming season has also not been confirmed. Since the light novel and manga adaptation are still ongoing, it is safe to assume that the anime will release in cours where each cover will have 12-14 episodes released over one anime season.
Where Can I Watch My Isekai Life?
Streaming platforms and TV broadcast networks other than Crunchyroll have not yet announced the airing details of the anime. My Isekai Life will be a part of the Crunchyroll Summer 2022 calendar and will be streamed on the platform.
Since the anime has been picked by Crunchyroll, My Isekai Life will also get an English Dub that will release after the Japanese audio release. Other streaming platforms like Netflix and Hulu have not made any announcements about streaming the anime as of now.

Keisuke Kojima is directing the anime as well as working on the character design at Revoroot. Kiyotaka Suzuki is the assistant director, Norihito Saitama and Keisuke Goto are the chief animation directors and Saitama is also working on the character designs.
Naohiro Fukushima is working on the series composition, Satoshi Takezawa is in charge of colour design, Aiko Taira is the art director, Shunsuke Kobayashi is the director of photography, Ryo Tanaka is the sound director and Gin of Pop Team Epic is composing music for the series.
Revoroot is a relatively new anime studio that is working on the release of My Isekai Life. The studio is also credited for I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level, which is also a light novel series by the same author as My Isekai Life.

A. My Isekai Life or Tensai Kenja no Isekai Life has not been released yet and will be streaming as a part of the Summer 2022 anime calendar. The anime has confirmed a July release but has not specified a date yet. My Isekai Life Episode 1 will be streamed on Crunchyroll and will also get a TV broadcast in Japan. The manga and light novel series for the title are also ongoing.
